Job Description:

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Executive to support key Human Resources functions across Talent Acquisition, Employee Lifecycle Management, HR Operations, Employee Engagement, and Administration.

The ideal candidate should have strong coordination and organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating a positive employee experience. This role offers exposure to multiple HR functions and the opportunity to work closely with employees, managers, vendors, and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Coordinate recruitment activities including interview scheduling, candidate tracking, assessments, offer rollouts, and onboarding.
  • Manage new joiner documentation, HRMS setup, induction scheduling, and onboarding logistics.

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

  • Maintain employee records and HR systems with high accuracy.
  • Support employee lifecycle processes including probation reviews, exits, payroll inputs, and employee query resolution.

Performance Management

  • Coordinate performance review cycles and appraisal-related documentation.
  • Track completion of performance management activities and maintain records.

Employee Engagement & Learning

  • Organize employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, surveys, training programs, and workplace culture activities.

HR Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain HR dashboards, recruitment trackers, reports, policies, and employee documentation.
  • Support HR audits and ensure documentation readiness and compliance.

Administration & Workplace Coordination

  • Coordinate office administration, vendor management, facility requirements, and workplace readiness activities.
  • Support office events, employee facilities, and overall workplace experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations, Recruitment, HR Generalist, or a related role.
  • Familiarity with HRMS platforms; experience with Keka will be an added advantage.
  • Understanding of recruitment processes, employee lifecycle management, and HR operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong sense of ownership.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with employee engagement activities and surveys.
  • Exposure to HR reporting and HRMS tools.
  • Knowledge of basic HR compliance and documentation processes.
