Chartered Accountant- CA

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage statutory compliance including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC filings.
• Handle internal, statutory, and tax audits.
• Monitor cost accounting, product costing, inventory valuation, and variance analysis.
• Prepare MIS reports, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end financial closing.
• Perform bank reconciliations and oversee accounts payable/receivable.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, stores, and plant teams for financial controls.
• Ensure compliance with Ind AS, accounting standards, and company policies.
• Support management with financial analysis, profitability reports, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Work on ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.) and improve financial processes.

Required Skills

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• 3–8 years of post-qualification experience in a manufacturing company.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Cost Accounting, and Financial Reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Tally/Oracle) and Advanced MS Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
