Experience Required       : 10+ Years

Industry Preference         : Heavy Fabrication Industries / Piping Spools / Pressure Vessels / Heat Exchangers / Process Equipment Manufacturing

CTC                                      : 10 to 12Lakh PA

Company Location          : Manglej (Nr. Vadodara)

Transportation                 : Yes from Vadodara

Core Areas of Responsibility:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team while fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Analyze market trends, business opportunities, and campaign performance for strategic decision-making.
• Provide technical inputs and engineering support from product conception to completion.
• Identify and implement business growth strategies and explore collaborative opportunities.
• Develop new business contacts through client visits, seminars, conferences, and exhibitions.
• Promote the company brand and strengthen market reputation.
• Lead Business Development, Proposal & Estimation, and Project Monitoring functions.
• Participate in project reviews, technical and commercial discussions, and order finalization with clients.
• Coordinate with clients regarding project specifications and drawings.
• Prepare schedules, engineering plans, and technical specifications for smooth project execution.
• Support vendors with technical guidance to improve quality and production capabilities.
• Oversee project execution activities including procurement, inspections, scheduling, progress monitoring, site management, and manpower planning.
• Deliver technical presentations for upcoming projects and customer visits.
