CTC : 10 to 12Lakh PA

Core Areas of Responsibility:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team while fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Analyze market trends, business opportunities, and campaign performance for strategic decision-making.
- Provide technical inputs and engineering support from product conception to completion.
- Identify and implement business growth strategies and explore collaborative opportunities.
- Develop new business contacts through client visits, seminars, conferences, and exhibitions.
- Promote the company brand and strengthen market reputation.
- Lead Business Development, Proposal & Estimation, and Project Monitoring functions.
- Participate in project reviews, technical and commercial discussions, and order finalization with clients.
- Coordinate with clients regarding project specifications and drawings.
- Prepare schedules, engineering plans, and technical specifications for smooth project execution.
- Support vendors with technical guidance to improve quality and production capabilities.
- Oversee project execution activities including procurement, inspections, scheduling, progress monitoring, site management, and manpower planning.
- Deliver technical presentations for upcoming projects and customer visits.
