Job Description:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth in domestic and international markets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with Utilities, EPC Companies, OEMs, Switchgear Manufacturers, Renewable Energy companies, Industrial customers and Channel Partners.
- Promote the company's complete product portfolio while exploring opportunities in emerging sectors such as Smart Grid, Renewable Energy, EV Infrastructure, Industrial Automation and Power Distribution.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular meetings, technical presentations and commercial negotiations.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, tenders and contracts while coordinating with internal teams for timely execution.
- Manage key customer accounts, monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
- Represent the company at domestic and international exhibitions, trade fairs and customer meetings to strengthen brand presence.
- Work closely with Engineering, Production, Quality and Supply Chain teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.
- Achieve sales targets, improve market share and contribute towards the company's long-term business expansion objectives.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
Education:
- Preferred: B.E. / B.Tech. (Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical or related Engineering discipline)
- OR
- Any Post Graduate Degree (MBA/PGDM preferred) with specialization in Sales & Marketing.
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within the Electrical, Power Equipment, Engineering Manufacturing or Industrial Products sector.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development and key account management.
- Exposure to International Sales & Marketing is preferred.
- Experience in handling customers such as Utilities, EPC Contractors, OEMs, Panel Builders or Industrial Clients will be an added advantage.
- Strong techno-commercial understanding with excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
