Job Description:

Responsibilities:


• Manage and resolve technical issues on equipment, process, and software.
• Perform installation / de-installation from layout to commission.
• Troubleshooting and customer support
• Perform continual improvement program, parts overhaul, preventive measures, modification and
repair work on equipment.
• Provide technical advice/solution and support to achieve better quality, productivity and cost
objectives
• Liaise with customer for design conceptual and requirement.
• Keep track of engineering changes, prepare and update machine operation manual all documentation.
• Preparation of technical issue report
• Responsible for 24/7 on-call duty


Requirements:


• Min. Diploma in Mechatronics/Mechanical/Electrical
• Engineering/Semiconductor or its equivalent
• Good communications & organization skill
• PC relevant knowledge
• Self-motivated, responsible and team player
• Service job experience or customer facing experience preferred.
