Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing: Identify and attract qualified candidates using job boards (e.g., Indeed), professional networks
- Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone or video interviews, and evaluate applicants for both technical and cultural fit.
- Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, schedule interviews, and manage candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System.
- Offer Management: Facilitate salary negotiations, prepare job offers, and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Reporting: Track recruitment metrics like time-to-hire and cost-per-hire to optimize future hiring strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
- Experience: Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, interviewing, and sourcing.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to negotiate
