Job Description:

Position:        Shift Incharge - Production

Location:       Uppugal - Warangal

Experience:    8 - 10 Years

Industries:     Oil

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor processes and ensure production and product complies to set standards and specification
  • Responsible for productivity of all plants and ensure the set targets are met
  • Ensure measures such as preventive and predictive maintenance schedules are implemented and appropriate documentation is maintained
  • Manpower allocation (on roll as well as contractual) in accordance with approved numbers and monitoring productivity to achieve targets
  • Handling shift operations maintenance and manpower allocation and coordination with QC, Maintenance, Electrical departments
  • Maintain various records and reports in plant logbook
  • Responsible for quality of finished products as per norms in shift
  • Make regular checks of plant equipment and carry out adjustments, repairs, and servicing as required
  • Maintain site tidiness and good housekeeping throughout the plant
  • Train operators and reporting staff from time to time to meet changing company needs
  • Report to Plant Manager for shift operation details
  • Regular reviewing inventory of seed, meal and oil
  • Reviewing and analysing process parameters for improving performance
  • Responsible for control and reduction of downtime in shift
  • Responsible for cost-effective and timely implementation of repair programs and preventive maintenance
  • Ensure compliance with company safety and other work-related policies
  • Observing and complying with products GMP
  • Perform all other duties as assigned and required

Required Skills

  • Able to drive plant function with strong Team Leadership skills Strong People Management Skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of plant safety standards & procedures
  • Understanding of Method Statements, Risk Assessments and Permit to Work Systems
  • In depth knowledge of plant safety, regulations and procedures
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of GMP in food industries
  • Strong MS Office and presentation skills

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech - Chemical

Salary :- Upto 7.00 LPA
