Job Description:
Main Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable personality with professional conduct
- Prior experience in Safety Products / Industrial Sales preferred
- Ability to manage dealers, distributors, key accounts, and channel partners
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
- Result-oriented mindset with strong negotiation and closing skills
Key Responsibilities
- New customer acquisition and business development
- Promote and sell complete range of products, services, and solutions
- Develop new markets and strengthen existing markets
- Organize awareness campaigns, seminars, and promotional events
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations
- Plan joint customer visits with team members
- Track and report sales progress and achievements to management
