Job Description:

Position:       Sr. Executie - ISO

Location:      Jhagadia near by Ankleshwar 

Experience:   7 - 9 Years

Industries:    Chemical

Responsibilities:

  • ISO Compliance
  • Responsible for the maintenance of current ISO Certificates, including 9001, 14001, 45001, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Ensure timely renewal of ISO certifications, address corrective actions based on yearly audit reviews.
  • Coordinate and manage the renewal of additional certifications such as Halal Certification, BIS Certificate, etc.
  • Audit & Compliance
  • Coordinate the timely execution of Audits, including Internal Audits, according to the schedule. Communicate corrective actions or necessary compliance to respective departments and report to management post-audit reviews.
  • Maintain the requirements of ISO certifications
  • Assist & coordinate the completion of Quality and EHS audits for customers, addressing queries found during audit observations.
  • Quality Management
  • Enforce standardization plans for systems/processes across sites (Plan vs Actual).
  • Documentation
  • Establish and maintain documentation of ISO procedures and processes, ensuring regular updates and adherence across the organization.
  • Collect data from each site, evaluate it,
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Implement initiatives to enhance the company's ISO performance, taking accountability for implementing new standards or procedures related to ISO.
  • Stay update on relevant ISO regulations and ensure the organization compliance with applicable laws and standards.
  • Recommend initiatives to management, actively participating in change processes, and providing valuable inputs.
  • Communication
  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure that ISO requirements are integrated into their processes.
  • Financial Responsibilities
  • Take preventive measures to avoid potential financial penalties or legal issues.
  • People Responsibilities
  • Provide training to the subordinates on ISO standards, procedures and the importance of compliance
