Job Description:
Qualification : Diploma Electrical of Mechanical
CTC : Upto Rs. 3.60 lac/annum
Experience : 2 to 3 years.
Proficiency in English is must for the candidate.
Job Descriptions and skills – Maintenance Engineer
- Ensure that machinery, systems, infrastructure, and equipment operate efficiently with minimize downtime.
- Diagnose faults and troubleshoot equipment issues promptly.
- Perform and supervise planned and preventive maintenance activities.
- Train staff on equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
- Respond quickly and effectively to major equipment breakdowns.
- Supervise engineering and technical staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Test and commission specialized components, fixtures, and fittings.
- Coordinate with the AM Maintenance and management to plan and control maintenance budgets.
- Actively support and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
- Develop and maintain preventive, periodic, and predictive maintenance schedules for all machines.
- Maintain checklists and machine history records (history cards).
- Focus on reducing equipment breakdowns and improving overall productivity.
- Ensure availability of critical spare parts and maintain inventory control.
- Monitor and improve machine performance metrics such as MTTR
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
- Understanding of PLC, automation, and control systems (basic/advanced)
- Knowledge of compressors, motors, and utility systems.
