Job Description:

Position: MEP Billing Engineer

Department: MEP

Location: Tonca Project Site Office, Panaji, Goa

Reporting To: Finance Department

Job Details

Experience: 2–6 years

Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field

Employment Type: Permanent/Ongoing

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and submit client, RA, and final bills.

Verify site measurements, quantities, and BOQs.

Track variations, extra items, and change orders.

Coordinate with site engineers for billing and quantity verification.

Maintain billing records, measurement sheets, and documentation.

Assist in cost control, material reconciliation, and MIS reporting.

Follow up for bill certification and payment processing.

Required Skills

MEP billing, quantity surveying, and BOQ preparation.

Quantity take-off and measurement verification.

Knowledge of MEP systems and construction drawings.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Office, and billing software.

Strong analytical, documentation, and coordination skills.

Preferred Experience

Experience in commercial buildings, hospitals, industrial projects, data centres, or infrastructure projects.

Exposure to cost estimation and project planning tools.

Location:

• Panaji, Goa

• Candidates willing to relocate may be considered; however, accommodation will not be provided and will need to be arranged by the candidate.

Working Days:

• Monday to Saturday
