Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Partner Associate to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth in the SME & Enterprise segment.

This role involves engaging with business customers, understanding their digital and connectivity needs, and delivering tailored Telecom and Cloud solutions through proactive field sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through field prospecting, cold calling, and referrals

• Acquire and build a strong pipeline of B2B customers within the assigned territory

• Engage with decision-makers to understand business requirements and propose valuedriven solutions

• Drive monthly sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth • Maintain accurate daily sales activity reports and pipeline visibility in CRM

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and fulfillment

• Build long-term relationships and enhance customer lifetime value Product & Solutions Portfolio

• Internet Lease Line (ILL) • Managed Wi-Fi & SD-WAN Solutions

• Cybersecurity Services • Voice Solutions (PRI / SIP / Smartflow)

• Microsoft Solutions (O365 & Azure) • WhatsApp Business API (WABA)

• Truecaller Business Solutions
