Travel Desk Manager_Surat
Job Description:
• Manage end-to-end domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, visas, and ground transportation.
• Coordinate with travel vendors, airlines, hotels, and service providers to ensure seamless travel experiences.
• Monitor travel budgets, cost optimization, and vendor negotiations.
• Work closely with the Finance & Accounts team for invoice processing, reconciliations, and expense management.
• Maintain travel records, MIS reports, and operational dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with company travel policies and procedures.
• Handle travel-related escalations and provide timely resolutions.
• Support business teams with travel planning and logistical coordination.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and traveler satisfaction.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
• Education : Minimum Graduate in any field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Travel Desk Management, Travel Industry, Hospitality, or Hotel Operations.
• Strong understanding of travel operations and vendor management.
• Exposure to Finance/Accounts functions and cost management.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and travel management systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
