Job Description:
  • Perform incoming raw material inspection and finished goods evaluation.
  • Ensure compliance with customer specifications and international quality standards.
  • Review and maintain COAs, Specifications, SOPs, Batch Manufacturing Records, and quality documentation.
  • Coordinate product testing with NABL-accredited laboratories.
  • Monitor GMP, GHP, HACCP, sanitation, and hygiene practices.
  • Conduct in-process quality checks during production.
  • Handle customer quality questionnaires and technical documentation.
  • Maintain traceability records and batch documentation.
  • Assist during customer audits and certification audits.
  • Support certifications such as:
    • EU Organic
    • USDA NOP
    • NPOP
    • FSSAI
    • ISO 22000
    • HACCP
    • BRCGS (preferred)
  • Investigate quality deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Coordinate with production and procurement teams to ensure product quality.
