Quality Executive (Food Technologist)
Job Description:
- Perform incoming raw material inspection and finished goods evaluation.
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications and international quality standards.
- Review and maintain COAs, Specifications, SOPs, Batch Manufacturing Records, and quality documentation.
- Coordinate product testing with NABL-accredited laboratories.
- Monitor GMP, GHP, HACCP, sanitation, and hygiene practices.
- Conduct in-process quality checks during production.
- Handle customer quality questionnaires and technical documentation.
- Maintain traceability records and batch documentation.
- Assist during customer audits and certification audits.
- Support certifications such as:
- EU Organic
- USDA NOP
- NPOP
- FSSAI
- ISO 22000
- HACCP
- BRCGS (preferred)
- Investigate quality deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate with production and procurement teams to ensure product quality.
