Job Description:

Position:       Manager - Process & Proposal 

Location:       Ahmedabad

Experience:   10  – 12 Year

Industries:     Chemical      

Responsibilities:

• Lead process design, sizing calculations and technology selection,
• Prepare and review PFDs, P&IDs, layouts, hydraulic calculations, control philosophy, load list and design reports.
• Handle tender and non-tender inquiries from receipt to submission.
• Prepare BOQ/BOI, CAPEX/OPEX and project costing.
• Validate vendor quotations and perform techno-commercial evaluations.
• Manage RFQs for electro-mechanical equipment and packages.
• Participate in pre-bid and post-bid technical meetings.
• Develop proposal winning strategies and risk assessments.
• Standardize proposal tools, templates and documentation.
• Train and mentor proposal/process engineering team.
• Coordinate with management on bid status, risks,opportunities, bid-no bid etc
• Ensure proposal submission within timelines
• Post order detail engineering support on BEP and detail engineering documents approval from client, cost overrun , justification of Costing to the RMC , detail engineering deviation approval from client in line with bid

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech - Chemical/Environmental 

Salary: - Upto 15.00 LPA
