Job Description:
Sr. Manager / AGM for Electrical Maintenance
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth functioning of all electrical and mechanical systems, equipment, and utilities.
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
- Minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability and efficiency
- Manage CAPEX projects within budget, timelines, and quality standards.
- Monitor power consumption, Pumps, compressors, Chillers, and other utilities.
- Drive energy-saving initiatives and cost optimization.
- Ensure efficient use of resources.
- Maintain proper documentation, logbooks, and SOP adherence.
- Lead safety audits, risk assessments, and corrective actions.
- Manage AMC contracts.
- Ensure availability of critical spares and control inventory costs.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance, breakdowns, and improvements.
- Maintain IMS/MIS reports, audit reports, and performance analysis.
- Ensure all logbooks and records are properly filled and signed.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems (EHV/HT/LT, transformers, Breakers,)
- Knowledge of safety standards and statutory compliance (Target of Zero Accident)
- Maintenance cost control

Qualification and Experience:-
- Degree/ Diploma in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
- 10–15 years of experience in plant engineering / maintenance for Degree

15–20 years of experience in plant engineering / maintenance for Diploma
Preferred Industry = Any Manufacturing.
Reports to Senior General Manager -Maintenance.
Total Reportees= 15 Nos.
