Job Description:

Market Development

Own and develop the Hyderabad territory for Wipro Switches across retail, projects, and influencer segments. 

Identify, appoint, and manage dealers, distributors, and retailers to expand market reach and improve counter share. 

Drive new outlet openings and increase width & depth of distribution. 

 

Sales & Business Growth: 

Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets for primary and secondary sales. 

Execute brand-building activities, scheme rollouts, and in-shop branding to increase brand visibility. 

Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and new product launches; devise counter strategies. 

 

Channel & Influencer Management:

Build strong relationships with dealers, sub-dealers, electricians, contractors, architects, and builders. 

Conduct electrician meets, contractor meets, and retailer engagement programs. 

Ensure timely claim settlements, scheme communication, and service support to channel partners.
