1. JOB PURPOSE
Responsible GFCL Financial reporting Standalone & Consolidated financials
2. Reporting to:
This position will report to Senior Manager – Accounts & MIS
3. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Accounts & Audit

1. Prepare quarterly, half yearly, and annual standalone &
consolidated financial statements by incorporating subsidiaries,
associates, and joint ventures.
2. Perform consolidation adjustments, inter-company

eliminations, and group reporting, ensuring reconcile inter-
company transactions and balances

3. Coordination with statutory auditors & resolve audit
observations and ensure timely
4. In-depth knowledge & working exposure of Inventory
valuation, Depreciation & Finance cost

Preparation in
line with Audit

Taxation

5. Computation of income & deferred tax working
6. Coordination with Tax auditors & timely completion of Tax
audit matter

Direct Tax
compliance

MIS 7. Prepare consolidation worksheets and MIS reports for

management of KPIs & margin analysis.

4. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Educational Qualifications
Inter CA / CA with 3 to 4 years of experience in manufacturing industry of having turnover at least
Rs.500 Crore
Functional Skills
Sound working knowledge IND AS & Consolidation Accounting
Excellent command over Microsoft Excel
Strong Analytical skills
Good Communication & Presentation skills.
