Job Description:

• Develop and implement HR marketing strategies to strengthen employer branding and attract quality talent.
• Promote job openings through job portals, social media platforms, recruitment campaigns, and other sourcing channels.
• Coordinate with recruitment teams to create effective hiring campaigns and talent acquisition plans.
• Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, recruitment partners, and placement agencies.
• Support campus recruitment drives, job fairs, walk-in interviews, and employer branding events.
• Prepare promotional content for recruitment campaigns, social media, and digital hiring initiatives.
• Track recruitment marketing performance and generate MIS reports for management review.
• Coordinate with internal departments to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.
• Assist in client relationship management, recruitment coordination, and business development activities related to HR services.
• Monitor market trends and competitor hiring practices to improve recruitment strategies.
• Ensure timely execution of recruitment marketing activities while maintaining company branding standards.
• Candidates with experience in HR, recruitment, talent acquisition, employer branding, digital marketing, or business development will be preferred.
