Job Description:

Position:      Maintenance Engineer (Associate Manager)

Location:     Bhilad  near by Vapi

Experience:   3 - 5 Years

Industries:    FMCG

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance for foam production machines and utility equipment.
• Oversee maintenance of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC-based systems.
• Lead and supervise the maintenance team while ensuring compliance with SOPs and safety standards.
• Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability (OEE).
• Ensure efficient operation of utilities such as compressors, chillers, DG sets, and material handling equipment.
• Manage maintenance records, spare parts inventory, AMCs, and vendor coordination through CMMS/ERP.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions to reduce recurring breakdowns.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for machine reliability, energy efficiency, and maintenance cost optimization.
• Plan and execute installation, commissioning, and modification of production equipment with minimal disruption.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs, ensure statutory compliance, and respond effectively to critical equipment breakdowns.

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical
