ITI AOCP Packing Operator – Fresher (Typical JD)

Position: Packing Operator (ITI AOCP Fresher)
Department: Production / Packing
Qualification: ITI – AOCP (Attendant Operator Chemical Plant)
Experience: Fresher

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in packing finished chemical products as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Operate basic packing equipment such as filling, sealing, weighing, and labeling machines under supervision.
• Ensure correct product labeling, batch number, weight, and packaging quality.
• Safely handle bags, drums, containers, pallets, and packing materials.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), 5S, and housekeeping standards.
• Wear and use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) at all times.
• Report equipment abnormalities, leakages, or safety issues to the shift supervisor.
• Maintain daily packing records and production documentation.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and warehouse teams for smooth dispatch.
• Follow all EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) guidelines and emergency procedures. These responsibilities closely match entry-level AOCP packing roles advertised in the chemical industry.
