Job Description:
A Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) in Production at a Waluj, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar facility oversees shop-floor fabrication, press machine operations, and component quality. Responsibilities include shift supervision, maintaining production targets, reading mechanical blueprints, and ensuring strict adherence to safety and quality protocols.
Typical core responsibilities for this role include:
- Shop-Floor Operations: Managing day-to-day operations in the press shop and fabrication units, which often involves hydraulic/mechanical presses and assembly lines.
