Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Full Stack .NET Developer with 4–6 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in React for frontend development and .NET technologies for backend development, with a solid understanding of cloud platforms, databases, microservices architecture, and modern DevOps practices.

The role involves building enterprise-grade applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, driving technical excellence, and contributing to the delivery of high-quality software solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications using React and .NET technologies

• Build responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using React, TypeScript, and modern UI frameworks

• Develop robust backend services using C#, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API, and Microservices architecture

• Design and implement RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, and real-time communication solutions using SignalR/WebSockets

• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver business requirements

• Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code following coding standards and best practices

• Participate in application architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions

• Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues across frontend, backend, and infrastructure layers

• Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers by providing technical guidance and best practices

• Work with relational and NoSQL databases to design efficient data models and queries

• Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, authentication services, and external systems as required. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, estimations, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups

• Implement CI/CD pipelines and support automated deployment processes. Ensure compliance with security, performance, and quality standards. Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Strong experience with React.js and TypeScript. Expertise in modern JavaScript (ES6+) concepts. Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Context API, or similar. Strong understanding of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility. Familiarity with frontend build tools and package managers

• Familiarity with frontend build tools and package managers. Experience designing and implementing Microservices-based architectures. Expertise in RESTful Services and API development. Experience with GraphQL APIs

• Knowledge of SignalR/WebSockets for real-time application development. Understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms such as JWT, OAuth, and Identity Framework  

• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server. Experience working with MySQL and PostgreSQL. Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB

• Experience with Redis for caching and performance optimization. Ability to design database schemas, optimize queries, and implement indexing strategies

• Experience working with Microsoft Azure services including: Azure SQL Database, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps

• Experience with AWS services including: AWS Lambda, Amazon S3, DynamoDB

• Hands-on experience with Docker containerization. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and infrastructure best practices. Understanding of cloud-native application development and monitoring

• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID principles, and Design Patterns

• Experience with Git and version control workflows. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Experience writing unit tests, integration tests, and supporting QA processes. Knowledge of application security best practices and secure coding standards
