Job Description:

The Plant Head will assume absolute operational, technical, financial, and regulatory accountability for the entire manufacturing plant footprint, prioritizing **pharmaceutical rubber stoppers, plungers, and specialized elastomeric primary packaging**. This executive operational leadership position is tasked with scaling plant throughput, optimizing manufacturing assets, and maintaining flawless compliance within highly regulated health authority markets (US FDA, EMA, MHRA, and PIC/S). The ideal candidate merges intensive end-to-end industrial plant management (P&L ownership, engineering maintenance, lean manufacturing) with deep validation proficiency under current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
