We have a job opportunity with  is an infrastructure and renewable energy arm of the USD 2 billion. Incorporated in 2008, the company manages commercial/residential construction, MEP services, and has built a massive solar energy and power transmission portfolio, including a major international 100 MW solar project in Bangladesh.

Position: Head – Engineering (Solar, BESS & T&D) /GM Level
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 20+ Years
Qualification: B.E./B .Tech (Electrical) | M. Tech Preferred

Mandatory Requirements

• Strong EPC experience is mandatory with reputed Renewable Energy/Infrastructure organiza0tions.
• Must have led the complete Engineering function for Utility-Scale Solar, BESS, and/or T&D projects.
• Must have experience in managing and leading large multidisciplinary engineering teams (Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, SCADA, and Design).
• Proven expertise in engineering management from concept, tendering, detailed engineering, procurement support, execution, and commissioning.
• Strong experience in value engineering, design optimization, engineering governance, and technical decision-making.
• Exposure to Substations, Transmission Lines, Power Evacuation, Grid Connectivity, SCADA, and EMS will be preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with clients, consultants, utilities, OEMs, and project teams.

• Lead end-to-end engineering for Utility-Scale Solar PV, BESS, and T&D projects.
• Drive engineering strategy, design standardization, innovation, and technical excellence.
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing engineering team.
• Support business development and tendering with techno-commercial inputs.
• Ensure compliance with IEC, IEEE, IS, CEA, and other applicable standards.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning teams to ensure timely project delivery.
