ACCOUNTS MANAGER FOR STEEL PLANT - BERLA, BEMETARA CHHATTISGARH

Job Description:

• Manage the overall accounting, finance, and taxation functions of the organization.
• Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger activities.
• Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
• Monitor budgeting, financial planning, cash flow, and working capital management.
• Prepare MIS reports, financial analysis, variance reports, and business performance reports for management.
• Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
• Verify invoices, vouchers, journal entries, and payment transactions for accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor inventory accounting, cost control, and financial reporting for manufacturing operations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company financial policies.
• Lead and mentor the accounts team to ensure accurate and timely financial operations.
• Candidates with experience in manufacturing, steel industries, taxation, ERP/Tally, and financial management will be preferred.
