Account Collection Executive - Kotambi (Vadodara)

Job Description:

 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Follow up with customers for outstanding payments through calls, emails, and customer visits (if required)
✅ Ensure timely collection of outstanding dues as per company policies
✅ Prepare account statements and payment reminders
✅ Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
✅ Coordinate with Sales & Accounts teams regarding pending collections
✅ Maintain collection records and MIS reports
✅ Negotiate payment plans with customers when required
✅ Monitor overdue accounts and escalate critical cases to management
✅ Achieve monthly collection targets and reduce outstanding receivables

🔹 Required Skills:

✔ Experience in Account Collection, Credit Control, or Customer Relationship Management
✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills
✔ Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
✔ Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Basic Formulas)
✔ Knowledge of SAP, Tally, Oracle, or similar ERP software
✔ Basic accounting, reconciliation, MIS reporting, and email communication skills
✔ CRM software knowledge will be an added advantage
