Maintenance Supervisor – Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance (Weld Shop)

Description:
Learn and master equipment technology and skills, carry out technical training, provide technical support
and maintain equipment running properly, solve difficult equipment problems, participate in new project
equipment technical review and process follow-up.

2. Job duty:

1) Attend to machines breakdown and trouble shooting. Analyze and solve equipment problems,
provide technical support
2) Spare parts management. Maintain maintenance data & others (MTTR, MTBF, and machine
availability)
3) Responsible for compiling or reviewing TPM/PM standards
4) Participate in the improvement, formulate maintenance plans for equipment and guide to
implement
5) Participate in new equipment technical review and process follow-up
6) Lead maintenance team carry out daily routines

3. Working relations:
Internal relationships:
Communicate with each department in company(Daily)
External relationship:
Communicate with equipment manufacturers for trouble shooting and technical issues(Sometimes)
Communicate with suppliers for spare parts purchasing, visiting(Sometimes)

4. Job characteristics:
Working type: three shifts. Working overtime when needed
Working environment: Production workshop and office
Work resources: Computer, telephone, maintenance tools, etc.

5. Skills:
1) Electrical and mechanical maintenance related skills
2) Strong learning ability, communication ability, analytical ability
3) Good knowledge of welding machines and processes like spot weld, stud weld, projection weld,
welding fixtures etc.
4) High computer proficiency; high English proficiency
5) Strong leadership is preferred
