Min. 3-5 years of .experience in any Polymer manufacturing company
Job Responsibilities
• Run the machine as per the ser parameters and production schedules, for continuous and smooth operations.
• Ensuring proper production of sheet as per quality standards with minimum rejection.
• To perform routine cleaning and minor adjustments, report breakdowns and assist with maintenance team when required while informing to superior.
• To follow safety rules, PPE’s and 5s compliance.
• Load and use the Raw materials correctly, reduce wastage and efficient material consumption.
• To maintain accurate production output, downtime and process details in shift logbooks.
• Ensuring proper communication while shift handover and takeover.
