JOB DESCRIPTION

Min. 1-3 years of .experience in any Plastic/Rubber/Petrochemical manufacturing  company

Job Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods as per specifications.
• Identify defects and deviations from approved standards.
• Maintain inspection records, reports, and non-conformance logs.
• Ensure production processes comply with company policies and quality standards.
• Monitor and verify proper use and calibration of measuring instruments.
• Conduct root cause analysis for defects and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with production team to reduce rejection and rework.
• Submit daily/weekly quality reports to management.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Train production staff on quality standards and inspection procedures.
• Maintain traceability of materials and finished goods.
• Ensure proper handling and tracking of samples to avoid mix-ups or loss.
• Support new product development trials from a quality perspective.
• Monitor rework activities and ensure proper re-inspection.
• Control non-conforming materials and ensure proper segregation.
• Verify first-piece approval before bulk production.
• Conduct line clearance before production start.
• Monitor in-process quality checkpoints on the shop floor.
• Implement and maintain change management processes with proper documentation and approvals.
