About the Role

As the Media & Marketing Head, you will be responsible for building and executing integrated marketing strategies for commercial real estate projects and retail destinations.

Working closely with senior leadership and the sales team, you will manage marketing budgets, agency partners, media planning, digital campaigns, performance marketing, and customer engagement while ensuring measurable business outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Develop and execute high-performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and property portals.
  • Drive qualified lead generation and reduce Cost per Lead (CPL).
  • Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing and analytics.
  • Manage media budgets and maximize marketing ROI.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion.

Brand Strategy & Digital Marketing

  • Develop integrated brand communication strategies.
  • Strengthen brand visibility across digital and offline channels.
  • Manage content marketing and brand storytelling.
  • Build impactful campaigns for commercial real estate and retail projects.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.

Social Media Marketing

  • Lead marketing activities across:
    • Instagram
    • LinkedIn
    • Facebook
    • YouTube
    • X (Twitter)
  • Develop content calendars and engagement campaigns.
  • Manage influencer collaborations.
  • Increase customer engagement and brand awareness.

Mall Marketing & Footfall Generation

  • Develop marketing initiatives to increase mall footfall.
  • Plan promotional campaigns, seasonal events, and brand activations.
  • Build partnerships with retailers, brands, schools, RWAs, and local communities.
  • Execute experiential marketing programs.
  • Measure campaign effectiveness through visitor analytics and conversion metrics.

Media Planning & Agency Management

  • Manage media agencies, creative agencies, influencers, and marketing vendors.
  • Develop annual marketing calendars.
  • Plan ATL, BTL, Digital, Outdoor, and Print campaigns.
  • Monitor media performance and optimize investments.

Team Leadership

  • Build, mentor, and lead high-performing marketing teams.
  • Define KPIs and performance goals.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Foster innovation and accountability within the team.

Marketing Analytics & Business Reporting

  • Track marketing KPIs and campaign performance.
  • Monitor:

  • Present business insights and marketing reports to leadership.

Profile Criteria

  • 6–10 years of experience in Media, Marketing, Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Brand Management.
  • Proven leadership experience managing marketing teams and agencies.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, lead generation, media buying, and marketing analytics.
  • Experience handling large marketing budgets and campaign planning.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
