Job Description:

Position:      Sales Executive

Location:      Sarigam near by Vapi

Experience:   2 - 3 Years 

Industries:    Chemical

Responsibilities:       

  • Business Development
  • Develop and implement eƯective sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Identify and acquire new customers across manufacturing, engineering,automotive, steel, chemical, textile, pharmaceutical, cement, paper, and other industrial sectors.
  • Generate new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, networking, and market development activities.
  • Expand market share by promoting the company's industrial lubricant portfolio.
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Understand customer applications and recommend the most suitable lubrication solutions.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely support and regular follow- ups.
  • Increase business from existing customers through cross-selling and upselling.
  • Technical Sales Support
  • Promote Industrial Lubricants, Hydraulic Oils, Gear Oils, Compressor Oils, Metalworking Fluids, Greases, and Specialty Lubricants.
  • Conduct lubrication surveys, product demonstrations, and technical presentations.
  • Recommend application-specific lubricant solutions to improve equipment life and reduce maintenance costs. Coordinate product trials and monitor customer performance.
  • Sales & Commercial Management
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and maintain an active sales pipeline.
  • Negotiate commercial terms while ensuring targeted profit margins.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
  • Collection & Reporting
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and eƯective receivables management.
  • Submit daily call reports, monthly sales reports, and business forecasts.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and comply with company reporting standards.
