Salary Range                    : 6.00 to 7.00 LPA

Qualification                    : CIPET Diploma/Degree (DPT/DPMT/PDPMD/B.Tech Plastics)

Required Skill Set

• Proven knowledge and hands-on experience in Injection Moulding processes. (Dadra)
• For Kolkata metal division background candidate is preferred
• Working experience with BIS, CE, and other international and domestic applicable product certifications and standards.
• Strong understanding of quality tools, inspection methods, and problem-solving techniques.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with production, engineering, products managers and customer teams.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Management & Assurance

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Establish and monitor quality parameters, inspection standards, and control documentation.
• Ensure compliance with BIS /CE and ISO standards.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Process Control & Improvement

• Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure consistent quality output.
• Collaborate with Production and Tool Room teams to resolve process deviations.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for rejection reduction and productivity enhancement.

Inspection & Testing

• Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspection activities.
• Ensure correct usage, calibration, and maintenance of measuring instruments.
• Validate trial runs and support new product development (NPD) activities.

Team Leadership

• Lead, train, and mentor QC inspectors and technicians.
• Ensure discipline, documentation accuracy, and timely reporting within the QC department.
• trouble shoot and resolves in case of any issues in production.

Customer Interaction

• Handle customer complaints and implement effective corrective actions with sales team coordination.
• Coordinate customer audits and ensure compliance with customer quality requirements.

Documentation & Reporting

Prepare and present monthly quality performance reports, MIS, and dashboards
