Job Summary

Styrenix Performance Materials Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and experienced Electrical Projects Executive/Sr. Executive to manage and execute electrical project activities at the manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have experience in industrial electrical projects, installation, commissioning, maintenance, and coordination with internal teams and contractors while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute electrical project activities from planning to commissioning.
• Prepare project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and cross-functional departments for project execution.
• Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of electrical systems.
• Review electrical drawings, single-line diagrams (SLDs), layouts, and technical specifications.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.
• Monitor project costs, material requirements, and contractor performance.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues during project execution and recommend effective solutions.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and technical records.
• Support plant maintenance activities whenever required.

Required Skills

• Sound knowledge of electrical systems, HT/LT panels, transformers, motors, MCCs, VFDs, and switchgear.
• Experience in industrial project execution and electrical installations.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documents.
• Knowledge of electrical safety standards and statutory compliance.
• Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD will be an added advantage.

Eligibility Criteria

• B.E. in Electrical Engineering.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in electrical projects, preferably in the chemical, petrochemical, manufacturing, or process industry.
• Willingness to work at the Nandesari plant location.

Compensation

• CTC: ₹6.00 – ₹7.00 LPA (based on experience and interview performance).
