Job Summary

DLL Group is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter – Talent Acquisition to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have experience in Banking (BFSI) and IT hiring, with expertise in sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding. The role requires strong stakeholder management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to close positions within defined timelines.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for Banking (BFSI) and IT positions.
  • Understand hiring requirements and prepare job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Hire for Banking roles such as AML, KYC, Credit, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Investment Banking, and Retail Banking.
  • Hire for IT roles across various technologies and functions.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
  • Manage salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and candidate follow-ups.
  • Coordinate documentation, background verification, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring.
  • Achieve hiring targets while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Required Skills

  • Experience in Banking (BFSI) and IT Recruitment.
  • Hands-on experience in End-to-End Recruitment.
  • Good knowledge of recruitment portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
  • Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
  • 1–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or End-to-End Recruitment.
  • Experience in Banking (BFSI) and IT hiring is mandatory.
