Team Lead - Packaging

Job Description:

Qualification: IIP is Mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform visual and physical inspection of packing materials (PM) in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
2. Ensure clearance of packing materials as per the defined AQL plan. Coordinate with the Purchase department for supplier quality improvement in case of non-compliance, ensuring effective RCA and CAPA from vendors.
3. Conduct vendor audits for both existing suppliers and new vendor development.
4. Investigate and troubleshoot online complaints related to packing materials.
5. Manage artwork in Karomi, including export labels, laminates, and CFB verification in AMS (AMS vs. BOM).
6. Validate new packing material specifications and ensure timely uploading in SAP/LIMS.
7. Track IIP certification status and ensure timely application for renewal.
8. Ensure timely incoming inspection and clearance of packing materials as per the micro plan to meet customer demand.

Key Requirements:
1. Working knowledge of SAP and LIMS systems.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for investigation and complaint handling.
3. Experience in vendor quality management and audits.
4. Good understanding of packaging materials, regulatory compliance, and quality systems.
