Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in space planning, furniture layouts, interior concepts, and 3D visualization. The candidate will be responsible for preparing interior design concepts, technical drawings, and presentations while coordinating with internal teams. This is a completely office-based role with no site visits or field work.

Key Responsibilities
Develop innovative Interior Design Concepts based on project requirements.
Prepare detailed 2D Layouts, Floor Plans, and Working Drawings.
Create realistic 3D Models, Renderings, and design presentations.
Plan space utilization, furniture placement, color schemes, and material selection.
Prepare Technical Drawings, elevations, and interior detailing.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.
Modify and improve designs based on client requirements and feedback.
Maintain project documentation, design files, and drawing records.
Stay updated with current interior design trends and materials.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Interior Design Principles and Space Planning.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar design software.
Experience in 3D Visualization, Rendering, and Technical Drawing Preparation.
Knowledge of Furniture Design, Material Selection, and Color Coordination.
Strong Creative Thinking, Attention to Detail, and Problem-Solving Skills.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Interior Design  or related field.
Portfolio showcasing interior design and 3D visualization projects.
Experience working on residential, commercial, or office interior projects.
