Lead Management Executive (IndiaMART)
Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
Handle and manage IndiaMART inquiries and leads.
Respond to customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and IndiaMART chat.
Follow up with prospective customers and generate business opportunities.
Maintain inquiry records and update lead status regularly.
Ensure timely response to all IndiaMART leads.
Maintain customer database and MIS reports.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Required Skills:
Experience in handling IndiaMART portal.
Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and Gujarati.
Knowledge of MS Excel, Email, and WhatsApp Business.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Customer-oriented approach.
Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently.
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline.
Prior experience in IndiaMART handling, telecalling, customer support, or sales coordination preferred.
