Role Overview
We are looking for an HR Operations Executive / Recruiter with hospital industry experience to manage recruitment and day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for hospital positions.
- Coordinate interviews and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle attendance, leave records, and HR operations manually.
- Support employee engagement and HR administration.
Requirements
- MBA HR / Graduate with HR specialization.
- Minimum 1 year of HR & Recruitment experience in a hospital.
- Hospital recruitment experience is mandatory.
- Good communication, coordination, and MS Office skills.
