We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in Training & Placement (TPO) and Corporate Relations who can build strategic industry partnerships, strengthen employer engagement, and drive successful campus placements for management students.

Key Responsibilities

Campus Placement Management

  • Lead and manage the complete campus placement process for MBA and management students.
  • Coordinate campus recruitment drives, interviews, group discussions, and final placements.
  • Develop placement strategies to improve placement ratios and student career outcomes.
  • Maintain placement records, recruiter databases, and placement MIS reports.

Corporate Relations & Industry Outreach

  • Develop strong relationships with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Teams, Corporate Leaders, and Industry Partners.
  • Identify and onboard new recruiters across diverse industries.
  • Conduct regular corporate visits and networking meetings to expand placement opportunities.
  • Build long-term partnerships with companies for internships and final placements.

Internship & Corporate Engagement

  • Arrange summer internships and live industry projects for students.
  • Coordinate with corporate partners for internship programs and student evaluations.
  • Organize guest lectures, industry interactions, corporate conclaves, seminars, workshops, and leadership sessions.

Student Career Development

  • Support students in resume building, interview preparation, aptitude training, and career guidance.
  • Coordinate with faculty and training teams to improve student employability.
  • Identify skill gaps and recommend industry-focused development programs.

Employer Relationship Management

  • Maintain excellent relationships with existing recruiters.
  • Ensure repeat hiring through continuous engagement and employer satisfaction.
  • Gather recruiter feedback and implement improvements in placement processes.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare placement reports, recruiter engagement reports, and placement analytics.
  • Track placement KPIs and present periodic reports to management.
  • Maintain accurate placement records and documentation.

Required Qualifications

  • MBA (HR/Marketing preferred) or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
  • Candidates with a strong HR background and relevant placement experience will also be considered.

Experience Required

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Training & Placement, Corporate Relations, or Industry Outreach.
  • Experience working in a Management Institute, Business School, University, or Higher Education Institution is mandatory.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing campus placements and corporate partnerships.
