Job Role:

We are seeking a proactive Program Manager to lead end-to-end program planning, execution, and delivery. The role is responsible for defining project scope, developing project plans, managing timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies, while ensuring successful delivery through effective stakeholder communication, governance, and issue resolution. The ideal candidate will have strong program management, coordination, and leadership skills with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and deliver projects on time.

Job Responsibility:

Program planning and execution

• Defining the scope and objectives
• Identifying key milestones and timelines,
• Resource planning
• Creating work breakdown structure and project plan

Risk and Issue Management

• Identify and assess potential risks and issues that could impact the delivery of program.
• Arrange workshops with key stakeholders to review and mitigate any key risks.
• Regular update of issue management to senior stakeholders and maintain risk log.

Program Delivery and Timelines management

• Monitor the program’s progress against predefined milestones and make necessary adjustments to ensure that any delays or challenges are quickly addressed.
• Identify delivery timeline dependencies and proactively act on completing the dependencies to meet all project timelines as expected.
• Document all program activities, decisions, changes, and milestones to ensure clear communication and historical records.
• Communicate with key stakeholders program status, including any escalated risks or challenges, and proposed mitigation actions.
• Regularly conduct project governance meetings across all relevant stakeholders.

Other Points

• PMP or Prince 2, and Agile Certification is Mandatory.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience working with banks is mandatory.
