Job Description:

Position:        Import & Export Executive

Location:       Andheri

Experience:   4 – 7 Years

Industries:     Rubber

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate export shipments, transportation, and logistics.
  • Manage container booking, ocean/air freight arrangements, and port/ICD coordination.
  • Oversee stuffing, Gate-In, and shipment planning.
  • Prepare all pre-shipment and post-shipment export documents.
  • Generate invoices, packing lists, declarations, BL instructions, etc.
  • Maintain compliance with export regulations and industry standards.
  • Coordinate with CHA for export documentation and smooth clearance.
  • Ensure compliance with DGFT, customs, port regulations, and statutory requirements.
  • Handle export banking documents, LC documentation, and payment follow-ups.
  • Manage EXIM schemes such as MEIS, BRC, e-BRC, and other incentives.
  • Coordinate with overseas suppliers for order confirmation and shipment updates.
  • Follow up on PI, order placements, and shipment schedules.
  • Handle import documents such as Bill of Entry, Invoice, Packing List, COO, Insurance, AWB/BL, etc.
  • Coordinate with CHA and freight forwarders for clearance and duty assessment.
  • Ensure all imported goods comply with customs regulations and documentation standards.
  • Track duty payments, BOE filings, and maintain import records.
  • Manage logistics for timely delivery of imported goods to the warehouse.
  • Coordinate with transporters, warehouse teams, and customs agents.
  • Maintain accurate Daily/Weekly/Monthly MIS reports for export & import.
  • Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for trade documentation.
  • Maintain strong communication with customers, vendors, and logistics partners.
  • Ensure all trade processes follow internal SOPs and compliance standards.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of export & import processes, customs regulations, and logistics.
  • Hands-on experience with CHA coordination and freight forwarders.
  • Thorough understanding of export-import banking documentation.
  • Good negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation

Salary :- Upto 5.00 LPA
