Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant with 2–3 years of experience to manage daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills and be proficient in accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare and record journal entries, purchase entries, sales entries, and payment vouchers.
• Perform Bank Reconciliation and reconcile ledger accounts regularly.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Prepare GST data and assist with statutory compliance.
• Generate invoices, process payments, and follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Maintain cash book, general ledger, and financial documentation.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Coordinate with auditors and support internal and statutory audits.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable regulations.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles and Bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, MS Excel, and Microsoft Office.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, or a related field.
