Job Description:

Roles and Responsibility

1. Lead the Quality Assurance function and ensure compliance with QMS, GMP, ISO, and regulatory requirements.
2. Manage SOPs, documentation, batch release, deviations, CAPA, change control, and risk assessments.
3. Lead internal, customer, supplier, and regulatory audits and ensure audit readiness.
4. Ensure quality of raw materials, in-process, and finished products, including laboratory compliance and equipment calibration.
5. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce rejections, improve yield, and build a zero-defect quality culture.
6. Collaborate with Production, QC, Engineering, R&D, Supply Chain, and Procurement to achieve quality objectives.
7. Lead, train, and develop the QA team while ensuring effective use of SAP
