This role is ideal for professionals with experience in technical sales, OEM business development, application engineering, and industrial machinery sales who are looking to grow their career in a high-performance engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular customer visits across assigned territories.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs and industrial customers.
• Understand customer applications and recommend suitable technical solutions.
• Generate enquiries and convert them into confirmed business orders.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in manufacturing and engineering sectors.
• Conduct technical product presentations and demonstrations.
• Provide application engineering and technical support to customers.
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals and negotiate orders.
• Track enquiries, quotations, customer follow-ups, and sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams for successful project execution.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Required Candidate Profile

• B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering (Preferred).
• 2–3 years of experience in technical marketing or industrial B2B sales.
• Experience in OEM sales, machine tools, industrial equipment, or engineering products.
• Ability to understand engineering drawings and industrial applications.
• Strong techno-commercial knowledge and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively for customer meetings.
• Self-motivated with strong business development skills.
