Divisional Manager- ARD (Asset Reconstruction Division) & NPA (Non-Performing Asset) Jaipur

Job Description:

• Manage end-to-end collection activities for ARD and NPA accounts across the assigned division.
• Develop and execute strategies to minimize delinquency and improve recovery percentages.
• Monitor bucket-wise collection performance (30+, 60+, 90+, NPA, Write-off).
• Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual collection targets.
• Supervise and mentor Area Collection Managers, Collection Executives, and Recovery Agencies.
• Coordinate with Legal, Operations, Credit, and Sales teams for effective resolution of delinquent accounts.
• Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and internal collection policies.
• Manage repossession, settlement, auction, and legal recovery processes wherever applicable.
• Conduct regular field visits to monitor collection activities and support critical recoveries.
