Job Summary

The Relationship Associate is responsible for driving health insurance sales through the Bancassurance channel by managing relationships with assigned bank branches. The role involves generating business through bank referrals, conducting customer meetings, training bank staff, and achieving sales targets. This is a field sales role requiring regular travel across assigned branches.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual health insurance sales targets.
• Manage 10–20 assigned bank branches and build strong relationships with branch managers and banking staff.
• Generate leads through joint customer meetings and bank referrals.
• Promote Niva Bupa health insurance products to prospective customers.
• Conduct customer need analysis and recommend suitable health insurance plans.
• Ensure timely follow-up on leads and policy issuance.
• Organize branch activation programs and customer awareness campaigns.
• Conduct regular product training and refresher sessions for bank employees.
• Resolve customer and bank partner queries within defined turnaround times.
• Maintain accurate sales records, MIS, and CRM updates.
• Ensure compliance with IRDAI guidelines and company policies.
• Participate in incentive and recognition programs to improve branch productivity.

Eligibility

• Graduate or Undergraduate (as per company requirements).
• 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Banking, BFSI, Insurance, Telecom, Retail, or FMCG sales.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
• Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
• Willingness to travel extensively between assigned bank branches.
