Job Description:
HR Executive – SPINE HRMS & Recruitment
Key Responsibilities
HRMS (Primary Responsibility)
- Lead and support the complete implementation of SPINE HRMS, including planning, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Manage at least one full HRMS implementation lifecycle from requirement gathering to successful go-live.
- Coordinate with software vendors, IT teams, and internal stakeholders during implementation.
- Configure HR modules such as employee master, attendance, leave, payroll inputs, onboarding, performance management, and statutory records.
- Ensure data accuracy, migration, validation, and regular system maintenance.
- Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing technical and functional support.
- Generate HRMIS reports and dashboards for management decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various functions across the organization.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, recruitment agencies, and employee referrals.
- Screen applications, coordinate interviews, conduct initial assessments, and facilitate the hiring process.
- Coordinate offer management, documentation, onboarding, and induction.
- Maintain recruitment databases and hiring metrics.
General HR
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
- Assist in attendance, leave administration, and payroll coordination.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and HR policy implementation.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and statutory requirements.
- Provide day-to-day HR operational support across business functions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA/MSW/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- 3–7 years of HR experience with strong exposure to SPINE HRMS.
- Must have independently completed at least one full SPINE HRMS implementation and execution cycle.
- Hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition is mandatory.
- Good understanding of HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and HR processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and HR reporting.
- Willingness to relocate to Uganda.

- ✔ Passport ready or willing to obtain one immediately
