Exp: 5-7 years
Qualification: BE/ B.Tech in Chemical
Skills required-
  1. Knowledge of tendering process
  2. Familiar to tender portals
  3. Understanding of contracts, BOQ, Technical specifications
  4. Identification & evaluation of tender opportunities
  5. Preparation and submission of technical bids
  6. Documentation & compliance expertise
  7. Key Skills & Responsibilities

    • Strong knowledge of the tendering process for infrastructure projects.
    • Familiarity with major government and private tender portals (eProcurement, GeM, CPP Portal, etc.).
    • Good understanding of contracts, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), technical specifications, and tender documentation.
    • Identification, evaluation, and analysis of tender opportunities based on project requirements and eligibility criteria.
    • Preparation, review, and submission of technical bids in compliance with tender requirements.
    • Expertise in managing tender documentation, statutory compliance, and pre-qualification requirements.
    • Coordination with internal departments for technical inputs, commercial documentation, and bid compilation.
    • Ensuring timely submission of bids while adhering to client specifications and deadlines.
    • Maintaining records of submitted tenders, amendments, and correspondence with clients.
