Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and business development across North & West India.
- Identify new customers, applications, and market opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Formulate and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Manage pricing, profitability, and customer portfolios.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Ensure timely collection of receivables and effective credit management.
- Lead and mentor the regional sales team.
- Coordinate with Technical, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, QA, and Customer Service teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and EHS standards.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and business reviews.
